SAHEL Solutions is an international company based in Barcelona, Spain, providing services to HR departments, professional coaches, career advisors and job-search agencies. We have developed and successfully put into practice, a career development method, to allow everyone find and achieve a fulfilling and rewarding career, doing what they like, where they want. This allows companies to hire the best-fitting person for their vacancies, allows career advisors and coaches to help people in their jobs and job-placement agencies to understand which candidate is best for each position, far beyond the simple CV information normally used.
We were born in 2008 with the clear mission to help everyone looking to improve their lives by means of performing an activity which clearly allows them to express their best talents and strengths, and is in line with their own values, making them feel happy and contributing to society with the best of their resources.
We work through personal training and group seminars, offering guidance, tools and our 5 steps method on how to train people help others achieve their goal: find the best job in the world, so they can improve their career, start a new one, make adjustments or necessary changes in whatever they do now, so they can find themselves being happy with their professional activity, which would allow companies do have the security in knowing they have the right person for the right job.

We were born in 2008 with the clear mission to help providing solutions for all sort of educational activities that could enhance the skills and knowledge of anyone looking to improve his/her professional career, by means of performing an activity which clearly allows them to express their best talents and strengths, and is in line with their own values, making them feel happy and contributing to society with the best of their resources. This has lead us to step into connecting areas such as education for development, international project management and research in social and cultural issues.
We have grown to provide our services worldwide, creating and delivering all sort of educational and training products, and expanding our activities to help other organisations develop their ideas under the umbrella of internationally funding bodies such as the European Union or the Council of Europe.
Our staff is simply devoted to managing educational activities, always learning in this fast-changing world and passionated for teaching and disseminating what the outcome of our work is.
