TALENT, Career development process
TALENT is a new project created in order to help people enhance their professional career. We are all born with natural talents and abilities which can be applied to develop a fulfilling career. However, only when we choose to work in the profession and activity for which we are somehow special, we can enjoy a feeling of happiness and personal achievement and we can contribute to build our society with the best of our talents.
Finding out the perfect professional career, activity, job or occupation that fully fits us, through which we can fully contribute to society is something not easy, for there is no method to tell us where exactly do we fit taking into account all those variables. Several training methodologies and career recruitment processes currently existing do not provide that output, leaving margin for misplacement and underperformance.
Aiming to create a method of self-training and evaluation of core professional skills and competences, key life values, strong points, inner talents and individual passions and hobbies, we provide the individual as well as companies and hiring organizations, a new and innovative method to enhance people’s professional career.
This project creates a new training methodology of several steps through which determine the best profession and activity for each person. The main steps are:
- Exploring and working with people’s hobbies and interests
- Analyzing and developing people’s strong points, natural abilities and talents
- Application and exploration of beliefs and personal values
- The ideal career, finding the activities and professions that fit us best
- Channels of expression: detailing the how to put into practice our ideal career, practical application and action plan
Extreme impact is foreseen on companies, HR departments, career-oriented services, coaching and professional orientation methods, job-placement agencies and job-seeking services all over Europe. All material will be published as it becomes available on our website.
